Announcer 2-You bet it is, and hello sports fans! This is Fox SOTW, here to bring you up to date on the current competition!

Announcer 1-Well, let's take a look at the rules real quick, shall we?


Announcer 2:
-Please, keep them to 500x200. Over that size makes the review too hard to look at!
-You must supply proof! Not supplying proof might lead us to believe you ripped, and that is never a very good strategy to win.
-No flash sigs! Sorry! But GIF's are alright, you can make those.
-The signature must be made using this picture: Stock Image (http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/2972/spiele2zm9.jpg)

well the limit comes in to play with the competition thing, first come first serve - it's so people won't feel compelled to think they can enter anytime, etc...it can always be raised but rarely do we get more than 6 people even wanting to enter

Exactly, you are only proving my point.
You may have used the stock, but you rendered the focal and that ruins the purpose. You can tell the focal was moved because the sign isn't there in the stock.
It defeats the purpose of using a stock when you render it, anyway.

I rendered the render bc I only smudge the render, it would ruin my sig if i smudged it all, lol but the background is the right thing, I just smudged it and splatter brushed. ...........

yeah i just hid it a little. Didn't want to mess it up with alot of text

I always work my text into the picture, lol.
I've dealt with too many theifs to try and hide my name/text.

Well Samus You have to be more specific then because you said, "The signature must be made using this picture" That means that it can be in there but as an effect like you can put it on 1 OP and some different blending level lol. But Thank zYou for entering me.

Well, the theme is to use the stock image. I think that pretty much explains it in itself. There's either supplied stock or supplied render.

I mean, the rules like that are pretty much customary, but I guess things have to be more explained from now on.
