don't think I've ever played the game, it's a shooter? when I read the name, I thought it was some kind of action game. definitely doesn't ring a bell...

About the "take a bullet and not cry" part - I understand that part lol...hate it when people do that in game. annoying.

Urban Terror is an fps. It's a mod for quake3, but graphics-wise comes out better that CS. It's basically CS with better graphics and realistic gameplay. (ie; when you get shot, you don't grunt and keep running, you better get bandaged up!)
