Can we have a child board off of Graphics for Signature Battles?

Two parties or more, pending on the rules of each battle - hashing it out for a single winrar - the better means to an end, versus arguing textually about dumb crap. Lol.

Perma Judges - Linux, +Gamer of the Year, +Sig Monthly Winrar.
- Reason being: Linux is a neutral party by force of adminship, plus he's got a good head on his shoulders.
Gamer of the Year and Sig Monthly winrars have earned the right.
