Guild Wars, anyone?

Right now, I'm with ... Dani, Sarah, Lou, Karl, and myself - so that's 5 people on my end playing GW and I want to know if anyone needs a partner, a friend, or someone fun to play with as well!

Sarah, Dani, and I only have Prophecies. We are playing it for the storyline before we get into the expansions. We're about 5 missions in, currently and working on our characters to find out what types we like with the second classes.

Guild wars is the *****! But i haven't played in a long time. I have a level 19 healing monk that i never quite took to the time to get up to level 20. i haven't played in soooo long

You just buy the game and it comes with a CD key and you can only make so many characters with that key.( or something like that) I know for sure that their is no monthly fee or anything.

What she said. Pay 10 bucks for it on Half.com or something like Half Price Books here in KC, Kansas. I bought Factions for 10 also.

You get 4 character slots - 2 job classes per slot. Primary and Secondary class.
When you get an expansion, I think you gain 2 more slots. Haven't checked that yet.

And only paying for the initial game. <3

Regular Guild Wars is known as Prophecies. In Prophecies, there are 25 missions and ... only God knows how many quests. Class quests, City quests, Bonus Mission quests - Thousands of them.

I might get the game for myself in the summer time (roughly a month and a half away for me) and play for a bit while looking for a job for the summer. I did play but it was on a friends account (probably mentioned this earlier) and I had it installed on my old pc - i thought it was on this one but nope...

You should definitely get into it! I'm almost level 18 right now and I've been playing for about a month, and that's also spending time learning classes and 2 other characters.
It's more about the quests than being the best of the best.

I play. I've beaten Prophecies, Nightfall, and am very close to beating Factions and EotN.

-Has all heroes at level 20.
-Completed Night Fall.
-Completed Prophecies.
-3 Quests away from completing EotN.
-About 4 from beating Factions.

I have 8 characters. lol. I kept on getting to like lvl. 14 then getting annoyed at the mission i was on. but i have 3-5 lvl. 20's.
Rai Demon is my main char. Lvl. 20 A/R. Completed all games and is currently title hunting - which is getting boring now. All my guild mates abandoned me so i'm doing it all solo. if anyone wants to join me that'd be ace. Or if help is needed on any mission i'm up for it. :)
i can't remember the name of my 2nd char who's a pvp monk/mesmer. lol

guild wars is like 20.00 and free to play online... i have it also and i have to say its almost better than wow. Thats right i said it " guild wars is almost better than wow" and i mean it.. less drama and free to play online.

As for your video card you should have no problem.

in 26 months i've played 541 hours 58 minutes. ...and i had like a years woth of not playing XD
And i've played 348 hours and 38 minutes on Rai Demon.
Wonder how that compares...
