Naruto ultimate ninja 4

i bought naruto ultimate ninja 4 but when i tried to play it on my ps3 i kept freezing i traded it in to get a replacement but it kept freezing too.I do have a 80gig and i loaded an update to see if it would help but nothing can anybody help?

have you contacted sony for support?

does it only happen with this game? if it's a Yes, then contact the maker of the game and see if there is a fix for it or if they can replace it with a good one for you
