I was looking at ways to fix video game cds so they wouldn't mess up so much cause i heard it was possible, so i looked it up, and alot of people said to use toothpaste... Does that work? Have you ever done it yourself? Are there other or better ways to fix them? Thanks :]

Well, another way to fix them is by going to family video. They repair disc's for like 2 or 3 dollars, though I have never tried this.

I do it the old fashioned way. Buying a new copy. :)

Well that way is much more expensive. This way, you only spend a few bucks. Not 60 on a new one.

I don't know, sometime it takes a while for the price of a game to go down. Also, even to spend 40 or 50 dollars on a new game when you can just spend a few bucks on repairing it is a no brainier.

Honestly if you mess your game so bad it can't play or messes up here and there due scratches within like 4 years you fail hard at life and need a lesson in responsible handling of your goods.

hmmm, if only i had the money for that type of thing. :) i just wish i had taken care of the games when i was younger, and i especially wish i had known you can get them fixed before i threw them away.

I used to leave them out when i was little, i suppose i was kinda stupid (haha, kinda). I actually know alot of people that don't take care of their games. I guess that may have influenced me some. Mostly i just didn't know how to take care of things.

Ya, i'm really bad about putting my games away. I've gotten better, but I have lost most of my computer game cases.

yeah it works but you must do it right or it will make things worse rub it all over a dry disk then go and wash it off in a circle rub thenwith a napkin patt it dry then use a cloth to dry in a circle then try it out it wont make it worse it might help or it might not do anything
