If nothing happens with the unnamed program, try to restart.
If that doesn't work, reinstall your program and try again.
You may also find your program's site and see if they have any customer service or whatnot to help you.

And if all else fails..

Learn where and what to post.

Write whatever in the blank spot. It responds to you. You can carry on conversations with it. It can be slow in responding, so it's something to do alt-tabbed imo.

It taught me what to do in case I ever see a lion. >:3

If you tell it that it hurt your feelings, it will sometimes apologize.

And I neglected to ask it about a contingency for the lion IN the car. It did tell me where my slippers were, which was rather nice.
