The one thing I'm REALLY! REALLY! looking for more information about is the Kojima announcement for a possible remake of Metal Gear 1.:-)

In game footage looks like the majority of the "performances" are exact duplicates of how the beatles performed at their most famous of concerts. Full albums will be available for download after the initial release of the game such as "Abby Road" etc.

Trailer for COD: Modern Warfare 2-11/10/09 release date. In-game footage: Ice level, shows military dudes ice-climbing. Realistic heavy snow makes it hard to see enemies in distance, gameplay looks pretty tight. Apparently in this level you have to sneak into a base, plant explosives, and get out. Starts off slow but action heats up after explosives go off. Dudes come at you on snowmobiles, you get on snowmobile and shoot enemies while escaping. Looks pretty bada$$

gameplay footage of final fantasy xiii on 360. Looks about as good as previous footage 4 active time gauges can be utilized so a lot of different attacks can be combined. First footage of Odin summon. Looks like you can fight alongside your summons in this one.

Trailer for Tom Clancy's SplinterCell: Conviction Sam Fisher looks like he's on the run/doing his own thing. Gameplay footage: Sam is beating some guy up in a restroom trying to get some info. Story unfolds in realtime, projected into the environment. Sam has new ability called "mark" and "execute". basically you can shoot 2 things in a combo. Like a lightbulb above somebody and then their head, etc. All levels are sandbox so you have multiple ways to achieve objects. Game looks awesome! Comes out Fall

Starts showing a game called ricochet, it's like a 3d breakout that utilizes your entire body trying to hit balls as they are thrown at you. Kudo makes an isult to nintendo wii controller....lawlz.
shows new demo for something called "paint party". Guy starts naming different colors and uses his hands to start painting stuff on an invisible canvas. The new Natal can basically utilize the 3d mapping to take an image of you and you can use that and put it into the canvas. (Again if you can find the video for this demo you guys should go see it, its pretty awesome).

Showing a video of this sort of A.I. character named Milo. Utilizes the Natal and voice recognition for the player to interact with this A.I. character. This is really creepy. It's basically showing a woman having a conversation and interacting with the character, making a conversation, she draws a picture on a piece of paper, holds it up to natal camera and the character in the game starts talking about the image.......god this is creepy.

If Natal is going to be exactly as they are showing it this will revolutionize gaming 100 percent. But chances are it's going to be 60% fail and 40% win

Yeah. Except for the game announcements everything else kinda sucked for nintendo.

Basically player is running from floor to floor to floor while attacking/being attacked by guys and as Helicopter is destroying building. AND HOLY CRAP.....the building actually collapses while your inside it. Awesome.

starts talking about MAG: 256 multiplayer First-person shooter We already know this. Alright they are showing a tech-demo of a full-on 256 player battle. Actual in gameplay footage. Showing us a map of the battle arena. Starts to actually show combat...looks really good almost barely any noticeable lag. Looks like squad commanders have to do a lot of work. You can call in a lot of stuff like Cluster Bombs, air strikes, recon, etc.

But looks like we are going to get a demo....Shows the new Assassin walking around a crowd. Climbing towers...kills some dude. Apparently Leonardo Davinci will be your gadget man, making you weapons and items including "his flying machine" You can use it to fly around and kill enemies. More assassination techniques...you can use double bladed. Over 30 different weapons in game. Also new enemy archetype called "the seeker" will actually check wheelbarrels etc. You can use smoke bombs in this one. The game is apparently going to be massive. It will hit store shelves this holiday.

SQUAREENIX announcement: Final fantasy XIII coming spring 2010. Duh! New trailer for FFXIII. ZOMG FANGASM. A lot more gameplay and cutscene footage than any other trailer. Quick glimpse of world map looks like it might be using the option like FFXII where you can pick to choose enemies.

FINAL FANTASY XIV ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!! PLAYSTATION 3 EXCLUSIVE! Trailer! Another Online Final Fantasy Game.

Looks almost anime style. Kid almost falls down, HUGE bird/cat/dog creature saves him. Kid climbs on top of huge creature. Overview of some sort of ruined city. Shows kid playing with creature some more. Looks like the majority of the game is you play as the kid who then uses the creature to traverse this ruined city. Looks awesome!

Exactly. We might finally be able to fulfil our dreams and have a full-out, online battle of Jedi's against Sith's. That would be just awesome. Plus, Bioware's doing it, so we know it can't be screwed up.

I liked the commentary by the G4 team a good deal too. Particularly about Kotar 3, when they were discussing the fight scene between that Sith lord missing his lower Jaw and the Jedi Master. They said that the fighting look suspiciously as if it was from an actual fight in-game. Who know's? Was it just pure hype, or were they seriously considering that a possibility? I guess we'll have to wait later in the year to find out.

Another thought about Kotar 3. I have a strong belief that the female Boba/Jango Fett will be my favorite character, considering Mandalorians are cool, and a hot Mandalorian shooting at me with Rockets is even better.

Another thought about Kotar 3. I really hope that the villain isn't just Malak from the first Kotar. Not only is that just flat out illogical, since Kotar 3 is going to take place 200 years after the events of the first two games, and it would be a disappointment. Well.....a somewhat disappointment. If there was ever a cliche' done right, I hope it was what we saw.

But enough about Star Wars.

When I saw the Halo 3: ODST vid, I couldn't help but see connections to COD, in terms of the way the game flow's. It seemed much less fantasy and more realistic. Not that this is a bad thing in essence; COD: MW is one of the best franchises out there. And, I would suppose, it makes sense since you are no longer playing as a super soldier, and rather just a regular grunt. I just hope they didn't reinvent it too much.

Other than that, switching between a few characters, learning a bit more about the plot as you do, sounds fun.

Heavy Rain is also something that I'm interested in. I always love the instant reaction thing that they have going on. Plus, Matt Damien is cool.

Assassin's Creed Two didn't quite impress me as much as I would have thought. The game itself seems as tight and as well made as the first, although I couldn't see any major improvement graphically wise. The new weapons and tools we get to use, such as the smoke bomb, look sweet.

But most of all, I want to know more about Ruse. Whatever that thing is, whether a board game, or something completely different, EA better spill the bean's soon, or I may have a heart attack.

My thoughts for now. Who know's what else I will think about after this thing is done?
