I have to say that I like the folks over at Steam a whole bunch.

I recently downloaded Killing Floor and even though my computer seemed to have the recommended hardware and specs, the game just did not play well on my computer even with the settings dialed way down.

Contacted Steam support about it after deleting the game from my drive and they told me I could purchase another game of equal value and they would credit my purchase.

Now that is customer service! Great group, thanks for recommending them LiNuX!

I am downloading Half Life 2 as I write. OK, that is all!

It's what I do...I recommend

and steam does have good customer service but they usually take a while to respond to tickets.

and HL2 is a great game - hope you have fun with that :D

Steam is awesome they really are dedicated and helpful and there a heaps of game i suggest getting TF2 :)
