:mad1:I have had my account banned for being £9 in arrears.
How can this be possible? Dont they take payment before the month?
Does anyone else think i am being unfairly treated?

they banned you from their network? have you tried contacting them about it to have it cleared? £9 isn't that much but you'll be surprised how petty big companies can get. About a year or so ago, a woman in the US almost lost her electricity (or water, don't remember which) because she owed the company less than $1.

It's microshaft. They need every penny they can get in order to repair their continuing red-ringed 360's

hehe win
Strange thing is I've had a very mixed response to Microsoft. They used to continually let me down, but then I had a string of problems on my old PC, and one recently with my new PC, and they were great. However, you can't help but remember the bad times when it comes to corporations like MS.
I still sacrifice a goat for luck every night in the hope they'll be helpful if I need them again though ..

No offence but how can you say that you are being unfairly untreated ? If you owe them £9 then pay it ?!? I know it seems harsh as its only £9 but I'm guessing its all done automatically through a computer.
