a deaf man asked a deaf man, "Are u goin out?"
the the other one replied,"No, m goin out..."
Then the first one replied..."Ok....I thought that u r goin out...!!!"

yuhu. It's "dumb" or "mute" people who can't talk. Most deaf people speak a bit weirdly 'cos they don't know what they sound like. but yeah, some deaf people can talk
