Assassin's Creed 2 - Completion time

A friend claims to have completed the game in a total of 5 hours. Personally I don't think that's possible, but perhaps i'm just a really slow gamer. What do you guys think?

Aye 5 hours doesn't sound right at all ..

From my experience just sticking to the main missions takes in excess of 15 hours, with it being around 25-30 hours if you want to do all the side quests. Tbh I doubt, even with how the game plays etc, that AC2 would've been so welcomed if it had the play-time of an old school game.

Oh my god!! 5 hours! I have just got it and spent an hour playing it and Im sure i wont complete it in another 4 lol!!

There is no possibility of completeing this in 5 Hours..
I'm the kind of gamer who, if I enoy title, will play it through to completion only stopping toilet and food breaks..
Assassin's Creed 2 took me around 32 hours to completely, and that includes collecting all Weapons, Capes and Paintings, findings all the Glyphs, Feathers and Statuettes. Even completing the run through the Auditore Family Crypt.

So yeah.. There is just no way to complete this in 5 hours..

EDIT: I'm just about to do it all again on the PS3 so I'll time myself this time and let you know how long it took me.

cheers for that knibbler. :) She said she got the main quest, all the armour and weapons in 5 hours.......
I think she probably just got the time last played confused with the completion time...

That update is just runing through the main story line, i've yet to get any new armour or weapons.. so I think it is just confusion between the two times

with 5 hours, you can use that time to search for secret hidden stuff in the game.... that's making your gameplay experience better....

Lol, That sounds impossible. I took mine slow and steady, and enjoyed the amazing environment AC2 has to offer.

what ever, how can you do that, you must know where everything is by playing the game 50 times

unfortunately, 5 hours seem to be fake, it take more than that, like kenoi said, within 5 hours, you can only reach the hidden stuff in the game, not finishing the game in 5 hours.

I complete it in around 14 hours, I expect you could probably do it in around 10-12.

I'm calling shenanigans on this one, which is Russian for complete and utter bull****.

I checked my facts and the average gamer completes it around 24 - 30+ hours. The more 'pro' gamers are in the low 20s, high teens, but anyone who even mentioned '15' was hog tied and hanged the same afternoon.

I checked back with her and we wventually decided on one thing - it was 5 days not 5 hours. XD My win

I put dont know, but i would think that you cant . Due to the long in game movies . But I never really beat it myself so . Take it with a grain of salt.
