my right shoulder makes a grinding sound every time I move.

my left elbow always cracks into position when I straighten my arm. Doesn't always make a sound but I doubt it's good for the joint.

And I can crack my right shoulder when I want. But my right elbow and left shoulder never cracks or pops or whatnot.

Same here. Used to play a ton of sports. My left elbow thing came up from a diving catch in baseball 6 years ago if I remember correctly. Sprained my wrist and elbow got messed up. And it cracks every time I straighten it.

Don't know about my right shoulder though, I've had it for a while.

I've never been a dunking person...most of my shots were 3 pointers. But I can safely say I haven't played basketball even once in the past year. Meaning all of 2009.

Life takes up so much time, I used to be in shape back in high school...not much to worry about, a lot of free time, played a crapload of sports, went to the gym. Need to find a way to get back to that...
