Depends on the game. Games for phones are becoming far more advanced over the years. If you're talking about games like tetris and the bowling games, I'll call those arcade games.

i have seen games like final fantasy 7 mobile or kingdom hearts mobile they are short but are a series are they arcade or real games

I think games that go beyond the arcade classics like tetris or pac-man could be considered handheld games (like those on a gameboy or a DS.) I mean, things like the iPod Touch and iPhone have some games with somewhat decent graphics and cool control schemes that use the accelerometers.

umm I don't know like Linux said it really depends on the game
like I have diner dash on my phone that would be considered arcade games
but if i had like kingdom hearts then i would maybe consider that gaming

YEah Thats True but what if you have call of duty on your phone but its all cartoony so its mobile then the game is popular but its like a arcade version of the real game
