GF Server Move - Saturday February 27, 2010

The move is scheduled to take place tomorrow. The forum is be put into maintenance during the transfer. It can take several hours so please be patient.

Don't have a time yet, but if I had to guess, I'd say around 4PM EST.

I have to install a few more things on the new server before it's a 100% ready.

You're welcome :) thanks for being patient. It wasn't too bad. Just took a little longer than expected but it was done. I still have to move the DNS tomorrow from old to new IPs so you guys may be bouncing back and forth the two servers again but it won't last too long. Once it propagates and your cache catches up, it'll be back to normal.

I don't want to change it now just in case stuff happens.

Just transferred the DNS service. Expect weird timeouts for the next day or so. Hopefully it won't happen but it's likely due to propagation.
