lol nah, there's always a chance of winning for everyone..
so long as there isn't any biased voting.

I don't really think there's is a way of cheating, besides ripping other people's
tags or even just single layers..

I glance at tutorials now and again to either learn new techniques that I didn't know about or to refresh my memory on ones i already know... thats how i'v got to the level i'm at now, but even saying that, I've still got so much more to learn.
