Ok since we got our GFP up as well as a working referral mod, i thought we'd have some fun putting those together. It will make it much easier for me as it will for you.
There is a link in your USERCP/Profile under the referral box, should have your userid there. If anyone signs up with that link OR during registration puts your username in the referral text box, you will get ONE referral credit + a 100 GFP. note: referral credit goes up one per referral, it stands for the amount of people you have referred in total.
You will get the 100 GFP automatically but I urge you to tell your buddies to make a few posts on the forum, because a referral is not a referral until the person does something to benefit the forum :no:. And either way, your referral MUST make 10 Posts before you get any GFP. And even then you will have to wait 24-48 hours for it to process.
Please do not abuse this by trying to refer yourself by making multiple accounts because I WILL find out and ban both account. Even if its from across your city, there are plenty of ways to find duplicate accounts.
So get on advertising, this can and will pay off for you later because we will have more contests around here.
