The Simpson Movie

I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie. It looks pretty good from what I've seen so far, they've been showing glimses of it all over FOX. I've always been a big fan of the Simpsons. "Spider pig, Spider pig.." :twitcy::-P

I saw an advert of it on T.V. today and I laughed my arse off at it, I can't wait to go see it but I have other things to do aswell, like replace a bunch of crappy parts that have died in my PC and rebuild my dad's bike with him.

I don't think it's possible for it to be a dissapointment after all the stuff FOX went through to advertise it.

well there have been many movies companies spend a lot of money on for advertising then when you watch it, the movie is full of crap lol, u still cant give the simpsons all that credit anymore, their last season wasnt very funny to me like usual.

Yeah, but usually previews show the good parts in movies :P..The rest sucks...Most of the time..but I'm hoping simpsons will be amazing and funny :).

I think the Movie will be good. And yeah, some Trailers do show all the good bits in a movie, so the movie is actually crap, but this is the Simpsons...it's gotta be good. If it isn't, I hope they stop making Simpsons episodes.

i've read some reviews and it got some really really good ones, from viewers reviews on yahoo, it got a B+ out of almost 2000 people reviews, i gotta go watch that, cant go this weekend, next week, so maybe the week after, now im just hyped up lol

I saw it on the 27th, a day after UK Launch, that was such a funny movie! Being that I hardly laugh at the series any more and mostly just giggle, I almost wet my pants from laughter while watching the movie :twitcy: I want to see it again but I'm afraid if I see it again it won't be funny :eek1:

if its that great of a movie, u wont get too bored the second time, i may test that out for myself, my first time to see will be probably next week, go with a few friends from work and whatnot, hope is great

Lol it's Die hard 4. And it has been released here. It was released at the beginning of last month here. And it's not on much because Simpsons 'n' Harry potter are dominating the cinemas.

Well I have saw it. It was good. But it was too short and the last half hour just wasn't funny enough. I don't believe they have been making it for 10 years.

Yeah you'd never have guessed that. The first hour was quite good with Spider pig but the last half hour just wasn't that funny. It was a good movie. But it wasn't funny enough

It was more relative of action than comedy but I guess you have to look at it as surreal.. you can't really do it which makes it a joke.. some people understand it and others don't.

I've done that.. infact I once laughed sooo much I stopped laughing for a month... then soon as that month was up.. I was laughing my ass off :P

Wo, well that's weird. I don't think I've ever laughed that much. And you know, the whole movie can't be a joke. It has to have a point, that is why there's a lot of action too. Uh, well it doesn't have to have a point but good movies do.

It does have a point, most people don't realise it. It's really a movie for everyone, I especially liked all of it being that I'm still an annoying child sometimes but I'm also adult when I want to be Most of the time :P)

i only saw it on dvd too but we have a 1080d hi def 50 inch tv with 7.1 surround sound speakers we have a cinmea room :D so it was the same

Yeah but the picture isn't as good the sound isnt as good and it will get ruined by someone if they get up in front of the camera.
I used to get those dvd's. But I bought 5 one day a while ago and none of them worked :mad1:

finally saw the movie and it was awesome lol, met my expectations but i know it could have been much funnier but i guess they didnt want to kill me with laughter, i didnt laugh too hard tho like some of the older simpsons episodes

I was watching a channel after the release of the movie and they said "why pay $10 to go see an hour of the simpsons when you can sit at home watching it instead?" and they put an hour oof the worst episodes ever on.. must be recent ones lol
