I was amazed when I logged on a couple months ago and the last post here was like, December 2008. I mean, dosen't any one here actually LIKE to RP? I do. Oh well. My rant is useless.... You all don't like to RP. ;(

Hehe .. I like RP but within limits, I personally don't go to extremem lengths over it. I know a few ppl are still into it though, so you're not alone bud.

Ya,I know. I'm not super crazy about RPing, but it's a little dissapointing that practically no one ever uses this part of the forum.

I play a few rp games but would you group that with mmorpg? if that then I play these games quite a bit. but currently I'm playing a different game. :\ oh, and I'm playing ff13 too. I'm about 8 hours into it.

FFXIII FTW. RPing with your imagination is fun, but it can get pretty boring after a while. Agreed with ya.

I haven't RPed on this forum yet, but I probably had 1000+ RPG posts on my old forum.

well the RP's on this forum are either

1. so simple that they're uninteresting
2. so in depth that nobody wants to get involved.

and there's no real structure for the rpg. you can't have an rp in just one topic.

I never really RP in general, but find it intriguing. But unfortunately I like progression and stats.. and rules, and structure. Blah.

i've co-ran short lived but successful RPG sites, and they went in depth, but nobody here wants to get involved. Especially if the RPG takes place in only one topic.

It's usually a problem of ability, for me. Most people think that improper English between two *'s means they're roleplaying. The very essence is literature, and putting your thoughts, ideas, and fantasies into words to support an imaginary setting with purpose and flow. I can do several paragraphs per entry, but no one else seems to be up to my standards these days. It saddens me because I was part of the RP community on Myspace back when it was THE social networking site.
