Seriously... I started my summer semester on Monday.

Dear. Lord. I feel like death. I have an Art class and an English comp class... both on opposite sides of the school, and one right after the other Monday through Thursday. -_- I lost 6 pounds from all the walking I've done... In. Four. Days.

Is anyone else going at it this summer? By that I mean, of course, college.

College during the summer is hell for the simple fact you have to learn a whole semester of crap, 5 bucks your mainly taking gen ed, and you only have about 5 weeks.

Thats why I REFUSE to take classes during summer because If its not related to my major I really wont give a crap and trying to force feed to me in 5 weeks or so will just hurt the process and waste their time and mine >.>

Dont do it again, >.>

The funny thing is... I'm taking literally the most basic art class that they offer, so I can do all of it in my sleep. And the english is supposedly advanced... but i learned everything that's in the book in 7th grade, and she's told us we're only writing two 1000 word essays the whole term.

Oddly the classes aren't my issue O_o, I basically have more health issues than a 85 year old woman and I have to walk upwards of 5 miles a day. Not to mention the hour drive one way twice a day. -_-
I'm trying to get it over with as soon as possible, if I had a rascal or something I might not hate it as much, haha.

Sounds like good exercise. But no school in the summer for me. But this past semester, I had 4 classes that were on different buildings and always on the third or fourth floors. My 2nd and 4th class were in the same building but my 3rd class was across campus.

I was in shape during the term...I'm afraid what's gonna happen over the summer if I don't start doing stuff...

As for art and english, as of 2 semesters ago, I met all my requirements. Good luck with yours though. Have a lot of high fructose corn syrup...it'll balance out the weight loss. (not nutritional advice!)

my classes arent that bad, since its a very small campus and its only maybe 10-15 miles by 5-10 miles long.

I can from science to some class across campus in less than 5 minutes.

Holy crap, You had a way worse walk than me. O_O The best part is I have to wake up at 5:30-6 am to get there on time and get parking because the school is so crowded, and then I get home at 8-9 pm and I'm dead. And then I hurt so much from the walking I don't fall asleep until 1-2 am. -_-

I are a zom-bee.

Haha, I actually don't mind losing some weight. I need it after sitting on a couch 24/7 for 9 months O_O.

I may have had a worse walk, but my travel time is only around 20 minutes. And I wake up at around 7 to get to class on time. I used to wake up at 6 during high school...definitely don't want to do that again. You seem to have a much longer day than me too. How many hours are your classes/school day?

hey at least you're being fit... in a way? & how long is your art class? I had to take one just for generals, it was.... a 7 hour long class? all I did was paint, did some essays & barely passed it. I dont know, but I was gonna go to this summer, but I'll wait until fall. yeah.
