Some optical illusions are created by the atmospheres but nothing like this. It can make it seem as if the sun has a twin counterpart right next to it or the sun is really long, etc...but the pic there is just spam.

4. People who with commercial interests promoting wallpapers or software (as i have found in above story in one of the sites i first read).
