xbox with blu ray

hi does anyone know if the xbox will ever come out with a blu ray player to finally put a end to the ps3

google shows that in 2008 there was an article revealing a rumor that xbox 360's with blu ray were ready to go (http://news.cnet.com/microsoft-has-xbox-360-blu-ray-drives-ready-to-go/), but Microsoft was a little dumb and released an HD DVD player with their xbox 360 instead, that they discontinued as revealed in this 2009 article speculating if Microsoft will release a Blu Ray player for the xbox 360 (http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/20329/Will-Microsoft-Release-a-Bluray-Player-for-Xbox-360/) since HD DVD crapped out when Blu Ray stole the market. Finally, in this 2010 article (http://www.afterdawn.com/news/article.cfm/2010/03/13/xbox_360_doesn_t_need_blu_ray_says_microsoft) Microsoft states very clearly that Blu Ray will NOT be released with the Xbox 360 cause digital media is the future and they can get all the HD they want through Xbox Live.

So, no, all those big games are still just going to come out for the PS3 exclusively cause xbox 360 is stickin' to the simple ol' DVD.

I cannot stress enough how much I hate digital media. I mean, i like that it saves space, but i won't be putting any money into it (unless its like somethin u download to a console)

Of course the Real Reason Being that Sony Owns Blu-ray.
and Microsoft doesn't want to dish out the money to be able to use Blu-ray.
