I don't think there's anyone on the forum that that's hardcore about this game that would know well enough to help you, unfortunately. You'd be better off exploring what google can show you, probably.

some of the weapons and armors give abilities like that. he wants a combination using that fighting style that gives those 2 abilities. I haven't played SC4 in like 2 years though, so i can't help you
