Buy a decent house
give rest of the money to charities

I would buy a good sized house and put bunk beds it in, zombie proof it and stock it well enough to feed 12 people for a year, then setup a dozen top of the line computers for gaming and try to hire my own professional gaming team.

Kinda like a sponsorship, by giving them a zombie proof home. <3

I'd probably get a nice 3D HDTV with surround system. (that'd be at least $2000) and then a new guitar ($500 ish) buy a reel big fish and a mighty mighty bosstones shirt, and probably sign up for guitar lessons somewhere. I'd invest the rest, either in a bank account or something. Probably throw it in the bank and use the interest that collects every year to buy more stuff.

Now, I wouldn't buy all this to make myself happy, as money can't buy happiness but i'd invite friends over all the time and have like mini-parties. Of course i'd have my expensive equipment securely in place and un-stealable.

Or maybe i'd invest in a recording studio, record some music, then send it in to a label.

Can I move in???

I'd pay off everything.. Mortgage, Car, pay all my bills up to a year.. and then...

I'd leave and go travelling for awhile.

My hillside house. By that I mean built into the hill so I dont have to worry about storms or most weather. Also, easy to cool/heat.

Hmm...
I'd buy myself a house for the future. Pay it off. That'd be like 300,000 for all that I would need. Buy whatever Xbox games I've been wanting, there's 200 bucks.

Put the rest in the bank and save it for when I can decide what I'd really need it for.

Aww come on I came up with the zombie proof house. I even have all the details worked out...

Concrete base two feet off the ground, metal bracing worked into the frame to support the reinforced door, no basement windows, porthole reinforced first floor windows, barred second floor windows with emergency blow out handles and built in handles on the surrounding shingles to reach the panic room on the roof.

Several quarantine doors within the house to separate the rooms in case one area of the house in compromised. Firewall material to allow localized burns to purge infected rooms.

Gas actually separates after a time meaning it has an expiration date, so solar panels as well as a ground line to at least three windmills (they break down without maintenance). A ground well with the pump in the basement. (where the chemicals for bombs will be kept)

The chemicals are for creating fire bombs to clear the undead from the perimeter in case they build up (as well as the extra two foot extra elevation of the doors, witch would of course have metal retractable steps).

While water can be drawn from underground and purified by filters and boiling, food can only be stocked for a certain time period. A grain deposit and having already planted several fruit bearing trees would also come in handy. As well as building the house in a less densely populated are with year round growing seasons.

And we cant forget conventional firearms as well as bows, arrows and maybe a crossbow as bolts are easier to craft I assume. As long as I'm at it throw in a simple device to help make crossbow ammo like a grater for wood that could shave sticks to the right dimensions....

I might have to look that up or invent my own before the zombies arrive.

I would..
-Pay off my student loan (near 3000€),
-buy a car (just something I can use to drive around, max 3000€),
-buy a new computer (I could spend sumthing about 2000€ to it),
-pay the rest of this apartments rent (for about 9months) at the time (that would be... 320x9=2880€?)
-GET NEW CLOTHES
-buy alcohol! Liqueurs and stuff.

That would be... well not quite, but close to 12 000 with the clothes and alcohol I bought.

With the rest of the money... I would travel around the Europe and US. Then, as being so young yet, I wouldnt buy a house. I would invest to apartments and then, earning ALOT of money by renting them to people.

Then with those moneys that I get from that (and with the savings and a small loan), I would do what John Hammond did in Michael Crichtons books :3
I know thats just fiction, but how cool it would be to have your own dinosaurs?!
