People only give rep when they feel the post deserve rep, You can't make them give you rep becuse you made them a sig.

I don't know how the adjustment layers on GIMP are, but I find it weird that they are all in CAPS LOCK and with long names. Like someone made empty layers and named them randomly. NOT ACUSING!
