Tetris Video - 527k Score

The last tetris video I submitted was almost 2 and a half years ago where I scored just over 369k. This one has a score of over 527k and I did it from class. Unfortunately since this classroom has terrible routers, I can't get online to play it on the forum. But I did play it on a saved page on my laptop and this time recorded it since I saw my mojo come back over the past few weeks (while playing tetris in the same class every time...) This is actually my second highest score now (my previous second highest that I pointed out last week is now my third highest).

Unlike the last video, this one has in game sound. It didn't record the last time around. So yeah...this is how I spend a lot of time in my Penal Law class (name should give away why I'm so bored).

How you do that I'll never know.. I've tried playing for hours at a time and the highest I ever scored was 38k. Epic video.

Just aim to get 4 lines at a time, it gives you a load of points. I only do that a few times in the video but that's the best way to get high scores.

But my luck isn't as great so I usually don't get that chance, otherwise I'm sure I could go into 7 figures (if this version allows it)

There is a application/software called Fraps used to record pc games but this tetris game, I don't know what soft that he use..

Or maybe he used simple screen recorder.

I used camstudio - just a simple desktop recorder. Not as resource intensive as Fraps (but I wouldn't recommend using it to record larger games like L4D or anything cuz it won't be smooth).

Back on topic, I played a bit of tetris today and go around the 50, 000 mark. Then I cried. :p

So I finally beat my own highest score in tetris. Just over 639k. Unfortunately it wasn't on this forum so it wasn't recorded in the arcade. And I didn't record it. I just started a game as a way to clear my head a bit and I guess I did better than I expected.
