Next game.

Can't decide what the next game I'm going to rent from Gamefly is, which would, coincidentally, be the next game I review. I've narrowed it down to Rock Band 3 or Fable 3.

Thoughts/suggestions/mean words?

Fable cuz 1. I wanna know how it is 2. we all know what rock band is like. this one's supposedly gonna teach people how to play real guitar but i doubt it'll work.

Not to hate on rock band, but im more into epic fights and all the good stuff. I must admit ive only played the first fable for about 2 hours back in the day before I was big into RPG games. :P

Idk, i heard fable 1 was really good but i only played 2 and it was kinda meh. I was hopin for a longer plot but it was virtually nonexistant. just finding this dude and beatin him up

Aye Fable 2 waas a bit 'meh' .. but I'm not sure you can compare 2 to 3. It would be like comparing travelling by horse in the middle ages and travelling to the moon in a spaceship. They've done a lot to marry-up the story with the gameplay more so it's more balanced - if you believe the hype ofc.

I'm more likely to personally be interested in Rock Band than Fable, so I voted that, but in all honesty you should (as is indicated by replies in this thread) get Fable.

I've never played any of the fable games but i hear good things. I say go with Fable 3. Rock band and guitar hero and all that stuff is getting old. Fable 3 should promise to be interesting!

Yeah.. This is why I'm a little wary. It IS a Molyneaux game, after all. He always hypes stuff up and rarely delivers.

I have Fable 2. Came bundled with my XBOX 360 with Halo 3. I think I only played it for like 15 minutes. Didn't interest me.

Fable 3 is good to rent. It's a great game, although it's very short. Will be very easy to get close to 1000 gamerscore without any real struggle. One of the games that is actually fun to achievement whore. You'll instantly get sucked right into it.

If you're going for Rockband 3, buy it. So much replayability with this. I bought it and love it so much.
