Just wondered how many of you guys exercise?

I've just started at the Gym and after today's session my body is definitely feeling it haha

There is a gym at my office, I usually go twice a week. Although I haven't gone in the past 2 weeks due to midterms. But I plan on going back on Monday.

I exercise 4 days a week!! For 1.5 hours or 2.5 hours. I'm all fit and healthy :) And I do sit-ups and press-ups before i go to sleep every night.

Meanwhile, in reality - I go to the gym two times a week on average for martial arts classes. I intend to go to the gym 4 times a week, but something always comes up or i'm too tired or i forget etc etc. And i intend to work out at home, but i'm just too damned lazy. soo.... yeah

I've never really had a need to excerise..
Though it would probably do me a world of good if I took it up..

I went for my induction the other week and the instructor asked me what type of exercise I've been getting in the past 6 months, and I was like "Ummmm ...... nothing." haha

I've gotten into the whole... healthy thing... lately.. I hit the gym everyday. I'm usually there for a few hours... My trainer is a nazi... he works me till I'm ready to pass out... then I take Yoga, Zumba, Bellydancing, Pilates, and Kickboxing classes at various intervals during the week... Dude from my bellydancing class is trying to get me into poledancing...lol

and i have been finind out about joining a gym but have n one to join with me :(

me me me me me me me :D I love it! :D but I don't use like pills or anything that "supposedly" make an even bigger effect. My friends do and you can tell it does make it a difference, but its nothing for me. I just workout for myself well and them ladies ;)

I'm 6'0 155 lbs so I guess I'm doing a good job :P

i go 3 times a week, early in the morning though. before I would just go & play basketball, but not anymore. I do mostly cardio & free weights.

Tbh, I don't exercises for a long time.

Maybe it have been 1 years now. :P

And plus I'm someone who don't eat vegetables.

I'm not healthy I guest. :(

I ran 4 years of Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor track in high school. And now I run on occasion and lift weights.

And recently I've started doing P90X. Which is crazyyy hard but works really well haha.

None.. but I really need to start. =\ I would be exercising more if the treadmill wasn't in the basement, or if the basement wasn't so fff low. I have to bend down to walk normally, getting on that and using it would be a nightmare.

Update:

I won't be going to the gym for awhile.. as all of the running and leg workouts have resulted in a pulled muscle in my left leg...

There's a BoFlex in my garaje but it's just gathering dust :/. My walking shoes on the other.... lets just say i have holes on the souls of them.

I don't go to Gyms. Not that I don't need to, but if I eat normally, then I have PE classes, and eevery night, before going to bed, I do some push-ups and abs (or just one of these, when I'm tired) I won't get too tired or get too 'fat' xD

Just bought a weight back to add resistence when i walk.....woot feeling the burn :p
