I thought that each green bar represented 100 rep points, but right now I have over 800 and only 7 bars, so I'm not sure. The bars past 5 are brighter, though, so my only theory would be that they are worth more than 100 rep points each. I'm really not sure how it works, though, exactly, tbh.

It should be in your usercp, but an actual number pops up when someone gives you some rep. Otherwise, default value is 10.
