I dont care what you guys say , Miley Cyrus is a very funny girl . A lot of haters say she is annoying... maybe just a little but still I get a few laughs in . Here is one of my favorite comedy sketches . Pure comedic gold ....
Enjoy ....

Meh .. they did a similar thing with Britney years ago - trying to make her look more like a 'woman' than a 'girl' ..

To me i don't care which she is, she has a jaw like a heavyweight boxer, and the appeal of roadkill to me .. so utterly dull, lifeless, vacuous and everything that's wrong with contemporary chart music ..

.. on a more positive note, I like her bath.

I love GFP :D

the song is about her having feelings for someone at a party/club and she's questioning wether the feelings she feels are ones trained into her by the media, culture, and society, or if she's really feeling the intangible concept of "love." She references the greater concept of the media and our culture through several examples but focuses especially (and somewhat ironically) on music and it's frequent portrayal of love and romance in it's lyrical and/or musical content. This metaphor extends in several of her lyrics to the greater comparison to art in general.

She repeatedly states her plea that she wants to believe that "we're a masterpiece" but she can't tell if the feeling between them is due to "the beat or the sparks;" where if the couple were a masterpiece they would be something resembling true and deep love, but that what she feels may be because of "sparks" that come from honest chemistry between two people could also just be because of "the beat," or the moment as it has been created by the club scene and the message of the music and their culturing to that point.

Also, this song is definitely a work of art... whoever manipulated that in the studio had some fun following all the rules that have existed for cheesy pop music since the 90's and created one fine piece of ****. I'm impressed.

I would like to say a few things before you receive your 50GFP
Who knew a song by a girl like her could have such a deep meaning behind it . Or does it ? . Also did you have to listen to that more then once to understand this if so ...I am soo sorry . I can respect any music for its music and lyricism . Wether it is britany spears or whoever . I just got nothing from this song . Just like another song of hers I have a issue with Which I will share with you .

I managed to make it a minute into that first song and now I hate myself, so I had to stop

How do people like this girl. Good lord. andhowdoesanyonefindherremotelyattractive?

Her "music" makes me want to stab myself repeatedly in my ear holes

and I don't care how long you rant about how good the studio production is, dili; it's utter garbage and she can't sing.

No, I read them all. I'm talking about how RIDICULOUSLY POPULAR SHE IS.

Oh sorry I misunderstood your Words
To mean you meant we found her interesting . Actually I think she is on a downhill spiral . Because she is only popular because of her Hanna Montana days after those girls grow up she is going to be Sh#$ out of luck . Also because , it would seem she is trying to appeal to A crowd that is just not interested in her . She is not and will not ever be a sex symbol .

Oh, no, I meant everyone else who likes her. I think the majority of the people on this forum don't like her. I just.. I don't get it at all. I can definitely see the appeal of some other pop stars, but her? I ... don't understand

But yeah. A lot of people really don't like the direction she's going in. But whatever. I wish she'd wear more clothes.

Yeah , I agree ... Although I am 17 so it is not too wierd . For the older people out there she is a little to young to be wearing , or not wearing that much .
