So, due to the snow my exams this week have been cancelled. I decide to play a game to celebrate. I turn my ps3 on for the first time in about a month. ninja gaiden pops up. I make my way to the boss. and on about the 5th attempt (maybe 4) I win XD XD XD celebration!!!!
I move onto the next chapter and go to the save game point. I press []. or maybe i didn't... i try again. and again and again. O.O NOOOOOO game won't save!!! i decide to go back to where i started and save from there. I get jumped (wasn't expecting it) and die. so... i go back to the star. make my way to the boss and beat him again (first time).
I save my game. oh no wait... i don't. because the save game ISN#T WORKING!!!!!!!! ARRRRGGHHHHH *cries* NOT FAIR

The level after that boss is the last level (i think). There ain't no way in hell i'm starting again. no way jose. It will be fixed. or there will be consequences...

well... yeah. :'( but i haven't checket if it'll load. i have a sinking feeling i'm gonna turn it on later and it's gonan say CORRUPT DATA START AGAIN START AGAIN
at which point i will cry.

Well, try to restart your system. And start the game up again. If the game file is corrupted then there's nothing you ca ndo but to kill someone and restart the game.

On the plus side - i did make several save files as i went through the game. so unless all of the mare corrupt, i should be alright. Might have to go back about 30 minutes of play before i got to that bit before i make my way to the boss

that doesn't seem to the be most helpful link... that's someone who was having an issue because they were playing on a modded console and fixed their issue by simply allowing the console to save to the internal drive instead of their external drive they were running the game from.

Unless Rai innocently stumbled upon a similar error because she was saving her file on some external source, this is probably not even distantly related to her issue http://www.gamers-forum.com/imagehosting/241234cead9f2f0b65.gif
