You should be where I am now, the snow has come from no where! It's so thick right now. All the cars have *****ed off, haven't seen one in a long time! I predict to be snowed in tomorrow, hell, I'm almost snowed in as it is!

It would make for awesome, glittery, twinkly snow pictures!

rebel sx? you sure it isnt xs? unless canon put out a new model i dont know about yet...
i have a rebel xt but it sucks. i prefer to use my elan iie.

edit: also the proper position of 'eos' in the name would be canon eos rebel xs

well you got a good start by getting a canon
low-end nikons are much harder to learn on and horrible in general, and all the other dslr companies arent quite up to par on sensors and glass

I would take some snow pics, but I haven't got a camera to hand :( Just my crappy Blackberry one. I'm getting a new one for Christmas, but it's a surprise camera! Like, you take a picture with it, and it shouts "SURPRISEEEEEEE!!" - so the wildlife creature you took a peaceful picture of with said camera, is now having a heart attack.

my sister was looking at that a few weeks ago. I think it's that one. I know it's a Cannon and looked just like that one.

Looks nice and all professional. Treat it well!

those photos are pretty grainy. it looks like youre shooting in 1600 iso. ya might wanna take a look at the iso settings and figure out what light conditions require what sensitivity. or you might just be in auto mode. if that is the case, try switching out of automatic/program mode and try to teach yourself the manual controls.

is that onboard flash? it needs to be diffused a little if so. try taking a clear film canister, putting a slit in it, and slipping it over the flash. the light will be much less harsh and it'll be easier to make the airbrushing look less fake.
