lotro bards?

I've just started playing lord of the rings online, fancied something different from WoW =D.

I have a level 6 burglar and ive been watching videos on youtube about playing instruments and making music ingame. But where are the bards who sell them! Looked everywhere that i can and im dieing to try it out =)

The site would be lotro.com but there are others (lotro.turbine.com).

And, it's $15 USD a month but they have various catches/ contests for free month of play.
