Mine would defiantly have to be the opening line/ending line to the Fallout series.

Mine would have to beee... hrmm... from Bayonetta. There's a certain scene where she says "Do you naughty little angels deserve a good spanking?" lol I thought that was hilarious, pretty kinky too. XD

The best dialog of any series is probably from the legacy of Kain. Soul Reaver was the first installment where it really picked up but at this point the plot was being revealed so masterfully almost every encounter had dialog that made a real impression.

It is my honest belief that the setting, the very atmosphere lends itself to the importance the speech has. So I cant bear to merely quote exscipts without providing their source.

For example, so many line from this one scene deserve quotations:

"I am your creation Kain now, as before, your criticize your own work"

"for all our bravado, he knew what it meant when Kain drew the Soul Reaver in anger. It meant you where dead."

"I swore I saw a glint of satisfaction in Kains eyes when the soul reaver was destroyed"

Recently I've been playing Fist of the North Star a lot, and there's a quote from Kenshiro that I really like:
"You are already dead."

I like it 'cause it's nice and short so I can get to crushing the gangs/bosses from the inside-out. Literally. XD ^_^ All while enjoying a great storyline. ^_^

Another one would be from Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awkening. It's after the 1st mission, when Dante's shop caves in on itself. Even though he says something before this, here's the funniest part:

I remember a quote from halo. Its not that much but I remember it cause it was a little hilarious.

In the level the librarian I ran around and killed flood while that little sorry excuse for a robot floats around and thinking good of itself.

I got to a place and my weapons were empty so I slapped every flood in the face. I ran around almost dying with an army of flood on my tail.

Sergeant Roebuck's quotes. Especially his speech on the loading clip of Shuri Castle. That one's my favourite, but I think that Roebuck makes a hell of a narrator in each one. I also liked Reznov's: "Dragovich, Kravchenko, Steiner, all, must die" in Black Ops, as well as Price's speech in MW2 before he and Soap go on a suicide mission. But Roebuck is still the best :D
