There are clearly no drugs involved. This is what seems to be an attempt to be "LOL SO RANDUM XD" and obviously attaching colors to extinct/whimsical animals fulfills the requirements of this sort of elementary humor.

If the author of that post was on drugs, it would probably actually be entertaining.
