why do we still have war? it is an extremely archaic way to settle international disputes. we used to settle civil legal issues with duels, now we have trial by jury. war is still the same it was when it first happened. there are better ways, such as pure diplomacy, but as long as at least one country still relies on war, we won't be able to move on because we can't peacefully compromise with someone who wants to destroy us. violence is stronger than words no matter what. it has to be completely abandoned if it's going to be abandoned at all.

We still have war because people are unable to sit down and talk about what is going on and find a peaceful solution instead they rather take something by force. Violence is human nature.

I heard and read about this a while back; very interesting stuff. We're really not too different from many animals when you start to get into it
