Does anyone know how to change the NAT type to OPEN please help

To fix it just shutdown your router for a few minutes. Its what xboxlive always suggest to do.

ok look at the back of your router and there should be a small reset button get a paper clip or something press that button and there you go your welcome ;)

I have the same problem, mine is always moderate or something like that, not open and i'm always warned about it. I've reset my router many, many times (Internet at my house is really weird) and it has never fixed it.

Just forward the port to the internal ip address of the console - should fix it.

What router do you have? I can do some research on it and help you get it set up if those suggestions don't work. Let me know. :)
