Best ways to get rid of a serious headache?

Out of no where my head starting hurting im not sure why but it came out of no where, I think it had to do with black ops, got to round 30 on zombies which was about... 3-4 hours of playing. I rubbed my forehead and i felt it pulsing like a heartbeat which was like wtf.

But overall how is the best and fastest way to get rid of it.

I took a hot shower but it took about a good 10 minutes with really hot water to make it go away pls 2 avail pills.

Massage your head, relief some pressure. Take a small nap to relax.

3 Aleve and a Gatorade. Works like a charm every time for me. The headache is usually gone for me in under 30 minutes.

If it's horrible I just stand infront of my toilet till I throw up haha

I sleep and take showers and try not to think of it

Playing that long without breaks can give you headaches (depending on the person), so you might want to keep that in mind if it keeps happening. Otherwise, drink water, and if that helps, you might just be dehydrated.

Best way is just medicine in my opinion. Headaches are really difficult to get rid of, and if medicine works for you, then... medicine (ibuprofen, advil, aleve, whatever) is the answer o_O
