The tidy/manly/messy style comes quite nicely out from these pics. But then, you seem to hav relatively straight hair, so a medium-lenght hair would look emo on you... I would say that the style in first two of my pics would look good on you.

When i first cut my hair, it looked like the pics vep posted, but it didn't look good on me. plus, i can't grow facial hair like that lol i get a big chin fro and a stach but you can't see stubble lol. That's probably how i'll look when i'm like 26 or something, but that kind of look doesn't fit my personality anyways.

:s I'm not totally convinced. Maybe just dye part of your hair, rather than the roots. Then if you like it, your good. If you don't like it, you can cut the dyed bit off. I was with a friend the other day when she re-bleached and re-dyed her hair. Her hair is awesome!! Most of it's BRIGHT purple, except for her 'bangs' which are pure white.

haha I had long hair for a while, and then one day i cut it all off and it was really short, and I didn't like it so I grew it back. The only thing harder about long hair is sometimes it gets tangled up, or blows in my face, and it takes a bit more shampoo

--Short hair with spikes. All good. (3 weeks)
--Then it's too long, but too short to style. It's very curly and looks stupid. Wish I coulda took a picture today haha. (2 month stage!!)
--Then it's like ~3 inches long by my forehead and almost covering my ears, and I straighten it. (A month, it's not bad.)
--Looong hair, to the tip of my nose, curls and flips up over ears, looks sweet. Then curls into itself over and over and over. Have a pic of this, lol. I look like a lion. I'll try to find it.

Hair used to hit my shoulders on the sides, but it just curls into itself and looks the same just 3x as thick. Long for me now is at my lip in the front, and wherever the hell everywhere else lol.
