So...If I want to have a conversation with somebody, what should I talk about other than music? A lot of times its hard to come up with something, and saying "how was your day" everday doesnt quite go over well
Normally when you dont know what to say, its best to just not say anything at all =P Friendly advice of the day!

Well, then how are you supposed to talk to people? I'm asking what topics people like to talk about lol. I don't know anything about politics, weather is lame, asking people where they're from takes all of 10 seconds
Hmmmm well its a gamers forum =)
Are you wanting to make your own thread? If you are, I think you should wait until you actually have something to announce =) Maybe responding to other peoples' threads is a better way right now =) Answer instead of asking =D
I hope I understood it right this time :embarrassed: If I didn't feel free to bust my left nut for it.:p

nope, it's just a "what are good topics to have a conversation about" kinda thing cuz on the way home me and my friends were discussing about how we don't really ever know what to talk about to people that we meet or something lol.

Movies.
My boss and I just talked about movies we'd recommend to each other because it was a slow day (earlier yesterday).

+1
Plans for the near future, holidays planned, sports, television, and even though it is lame, celeb gossip, if it's to the extent of Charlie Sheen's failure of late, in regards to his getting booed off stage.

Im guessing this either has to do with making a good impression on someone or some girl as it isnt realy "Normal" to force a conversation. I mean, its all about interests, thats where your knowledge resides.
Talking to someone with the same interests as you, its on those topics you can get a meaningful conversation with someone. And its those that tends to lead to friendship and such.
