Well i love call of duty and halo. play wih friends. currently saving up for an x box360 or ps3 cause mom can't get me one. getting money from a website i use already have 60 dollars and dont even use it a lot

You havnt reached the limit yet.

Just like you need 10 posts to edit your UCP, you also might need some stats to increase before you can do threads.

Besides, what do you wanna do threads about, exactly?

As far as I am aware, you shouldn't have any restrictions against posting threads, unless I am unaware of something.

Do you get an error (and if so, what is it)?
