First off, I would like to point out I support video games buy buying legal copies of all my games. And do not encourage pirating. However my friend lent me one of these and I have been playing around with what it can do. Basically the SD cards fit in the top and can
-hold hundreds of emulated games,
-play music,
- display photos
- and even play low rez movies over your SP or GB Advance.
It is something that looks like like a developer tool for creating and testing games, and is pretty nifty. They make these for the DS and 3DS as well, but I couldn't give a price estimate for anything other then the SP/advance card that runs about $50.
Its interesting because the SP I have is able to do a lot more then I thought possible. Playing music and playing NES or GBA roms means with the right software you can convert a lot of things.
I have been toying with the idea of converting an RPG maker game file into a rom for this.
Also seeing as the the SP is now considered a classic with no new products, I have to look up if any of the games not developed by Nintendo are now legal to emulate.
