Remember there're phishings all over the place, and even the most innocent case could cost you everything!

So I'd do it if you're sure that you'll actually be a partner of youtube and not some odd ass computer controlled company in the middle of no where China or something! (Think Evony.com)

And yeah it's pretty much a deal with youtube that they can 'buy' ownership of your video, add commercials etc. to it, and in response, you get a certain amount of money for each 100-1000-10000 views, depending on how popular the movie is.

almost all popular bands(Aerosmith etc.)
Really large companies(coca cola, mcdonalds etc.)

Almost all of the popular videos you hear about from friends (Chocolate rain, numa numa guy, the emo dude who cries "LEAVE <name> ALONE!!!!", and various others.

But as I stated: Make sure its actually legit.

And amount? I believe TheAmazingAtheist gets paid somewhere around $10 per 100 views or 1000 views or something.
If you're a partner I think your total subscribers add up too, maybe like $20 per subscriber?(Since they'll have your new videos up on their front page, subscriptions are worth money to some people!)

depends on the amount of views and clicks. I have it on a few videos (not as good as being a full partner) and make a few bucks a month lol. It's not much compared to other stuff.

But again, depends on amount of views and clicks. I don't have very many.

I have zip on mine, I just chipmunk songs that I've been asked to make XD I also demonize songs, but I've moved on from it, wasn't working out.

I'm also thinking about becoming a masked mr.sayitall, ya know? Like put on a different mask every week and rant about something stupid in the world. I mean look at the amazing atheist, he's making bank for stating his opinions in a REALLY blunt way. People love it!

I'm thinking about doing the same thing, I mean if I am blunt enough to rip up a "believe in jesus" flyer infront of a crazed fanatic hell bent on converting me to believe in a Cosmic jewish zombie who gets hard when people call him their lord, eat his shriveled dry flesh, and drink his alcohol infested blood when tastes oddly like grape juice!

*BLEEP!* then I think I'm blunt enough to state my opinions in a manner so outrageous that people'll pay money for it, right?

Tell me, if I was a masked wierdo in a random location walking up to people and asking them a very blunt question regarding politics, weight issues, capitalism, religion, or other 'sensitiiiiiive' matters, would you come back to see what I'd do next week, and would you be proud to say "OMG I KNOW THAT GUY!!!!" ? Or would you just laugh at my clowniness and move on to listen to your favorite song?
