Prop Building

So I've been bored and wanted to do something, and I have started a ghillie suit, but I also wanna start working on a pretty cool prop.

I don't have too much experience, I've only made like 4 things, but I really wanna have fun doing something. Something from a game, but I dunno what to make a prop of. Any suggestions?

I know a guy on YouTube that makes Halo armor and puts videos about on his page.
Seems like a cool idea.

Well I mean yea I could do those, but I was thinking something more specific. At first thought I was like "Portal Gun" and then I saw this Portal Gun (http://volpinprops.blogspot.com/2010/11/portal-gun-for-childs-play_22.html) and I knew I can't beat that, so that was a Nay.

So a prop? Well you could always attempt Frostmourne from WoW, you know, the Lich Kings sword? That'd be pretty awesome!

Lol I think I've decided I'll have a whack at a Portal Gun. I dunno when I'll start, I'm gonna make some draw-ups of scale and stuff, and list of supplies.
I'll make sure to post progress once I start!
