Looks like something that happened to my friend once. Tried to catch a tennis ball and it hit him right on the tip of his pinky finger, bending it backwards and locking it there.

Looked freaky as hell :S I have no idea how it got fixed but he had a badass casket on his entire forearm and hand just to keep his pinky finger motionless!

Still, I think baseballs are quite a bit harder than a tennisball XD Looks damned right painful! o.O

Although I'm more of a wuss than you are, if a ball came flying at me and I wasnt sure if it was gonna hurt me or not I'd rather just let it slip. I guess that's why kids in school hated to pick me for gym class baseball. I sucked cause the ball was too hard for my delicate finguhz ;(

But when I'm with the bat I can send one flying XD Funny how that works.
