Just saw this on youtube

Someone I know liked this video on youtube which is a pot smoker hitting a bong over and over, I watched 5 minutes of it and yeah... Just by the way he talks im pretty sure there is some damage from all the weed... Also where is law enforcement to use these videos against him. Apparently his suppose to talk about animal cruelty, all i see is bong hits and drinking beer.

Skipping around the 14 minute video its all about talking about getting high... Forgetful much?
