Easiest/Hardest Trophies/Achievements

So, i haven't seen one of these around here, let's have a topic for this. What trophies/achievements are the hardest and which ones are the easiest? What games have the hardest platinums?

Wipeout HD seems like it's pretty hard to platinum, looking through the achievements there's some pretty serious stuff

Wedding Crasher in l4D2 - As the Charger, grab a Survivor and crash them through 8 chairs at the wedding.

I've tried it so many times, so hard to get it right. Only about 1% of the L4D community has that achievement.

Easiest achievement I've gotten would be "Press Start to Play" in the Simpsons Game xD

Hardest I've gotten would be the "Complete the Endless Setlist 2 on Expert" on Rockband 2, and then I choked on what I think is the hardest achievement I've had available to me, "Iron Bladder" or something like that, for completing the Endlist Setlist 2 without pausing or failing a song. I got to song 83/84 and failed....I was so mad. To this day, I'm one achievement away from the perfect 1000 in Rockband 2.

The endless setlist one doesn't seem all that bad, just invite a friend over and have him/her take over while you pee or rest or whatever

That was the plan. He showed up around song 60 with a half drunk 2L of coke as an apology xD

Was fun all in all, it's just that it wastes 7 hours is the hard part. And if your batteries die, you fail, or hit the guide button, your achievement is thrown away for the "Iron Bladder"
