you don't need to be a political idealist to play music. They played simple fun music that's inspired by punk. im sick of elitist bullcrap like this, take it somewhere else. Besides, its not like they're trying to be anything they're not. THAT is what a poser is. As far as I know, Blink songs aren't complaining about the government and capitalism and social classes.

Blink-182 are pop punk, but some of their stuff is still catchy. their new song however is odd, and i don't really like it at the moment... it may grow on me though.

S'alright, not really a fan of Blink. Haven't listened to em in a looong time either.. Brings back memories of junior high, seems like I was the only one not wearing Blink x-eyed happy face shirts and wrist sweatbands...

I'm not really a fan of them either, though i did like all the small things in the 90s. song was alright but a lot of people seem to not like it. I think they expect people almost in their 40s to continue to sing about farting.

This song is average in my opinion.

Fun music is the perfect definition for Blink 182. It reminds me of high school too. But nowadays I don't listen to it either. I put it in some months ago just cause I was in the mood and my roommate came in and started arguing about how odd I am and that only 12-year-olds listen to Blink. I offered him the opportunity to **** off immediately :D I don't ever have to explain why I listen to this or that. I don't have to have reasons. I listen to it because I like that song in that very moment and thats all. So in my opinion its not odd to listen to blink.

Meh, it alright. But I prefer their serious songs, like ''Adam's Song''. But this song is still alright though. And to clarify also, they are Pop Punk just like Synge stated earlier. Whereas Rise Against, Comeback Kid, Sum 41, etc, are Melodic Hardcore, or Post-Punk. So they're on a very different playing field when it comes to their ''genres'' as it be, in their musical direction.
