I remember back a few months ago, me and a couple of mates were leaving Scoopies (an Ice-cream store) and started walking to Deans house (XeroTehHero), as we were walking up a road, Nick (a friend in our group) saw a car and said it was ''Crap''. We walked on and next thing we know, a car (the one that he called crap) hit him and ran over him. It was a pretty scary situation, I thought he was going to die for sure, but he was ohk. He had a few scrapes and cuts on him, and a little hole in his head, leaving a bump in the hood of the car. The cops, ambulance, and firemen pulled us over a few streets up ahead. And said Nick had to go home. So lucky he was alright, after that we went in Deans mum's car and drove home, on the way there, we saw the car that ran over Nick parked in a driveway near Dean's street, we took the the number plate and went home. Have you ever seen anyone get hit by a car?, had a bad driving experience, etc?

There are bad drivers everywhere but the Middle East seems to be blessed with fantastic drivers! (heavy sarcasm) *speaking from own experience*

I havent had anything bad like that happen I have dealt with my fair share of bad drivers and it truly gives me road rage when they put others in harms way for no reasons. I think one of the damnest situations I saw was I was driving home from Plainfield, Indiana and i saw this van who i truly believed to be drunk driving because of how he or she was swerving in and out of lanes all the time damn near hitting people several times.

I personal think their needs to be more serious actions taken on bad drivers. deeper fines or losing their lisence much more easier im getting tired of having to wonder if the dbag next to me is going to run me off the road or what not

What about that lady that came out of her house to tell us that we couldn't come to her party. Our friend Nick was getting checked to see if he had anything seriously wrong with him. And this chick came out, holding up everyone and everything, just to say what she wanted to say.
Not a good day for him.

I've almost hit a guy. Was about 20m behind him, and 10m before the turnoff he slams on the breaks and hits the signal light, but he stopped cause there was traffic in the left lane where he was turning. So basically had to slam on the breaks (which aren't amazing in this vehicle) and was right on his bumper. Then he honked at me...idiot.

Stupid drivers.

My mom was hit by a car less than a decade ago (forgot when exactly). She wasn't that hurt, her leg was hurt the most, had to go through physical therapy to work out the pain. The idiot ran a red light when it happened, I'm just glad he wasn't going very fast.

So stuff like this makes me mad.

people running red lights, people unnecessarily overtaking other drivers, people driving too close to the back of the driver in front of them, people driving with their mobile phone pressed up against their ear, people sending texts at traffic lights, people speeding just to show off and be "cool", women putting make-up on whilst driving and at traffic lights, people showing a distinct lack of interest towards the safety of drivers and pedestrians around them, people thinking they're king of the road, are all things that annoy me.

Yeah, this seems intentional for some reason. Maybe he got offended and decided to run you over and whoever ran you over and the lady from they party knew each other. Anyways it seems every driver thinks it's GTA.

Im from Manhattan, so I cars don't hit me, I hit the cars. When I cross the street you don't look you just flip the bird !

If that was Burnout, then I would be like; THAT. WAS. AWESOME!

But, seeing as it's real life, it's 50% sad, and 50% "ah well, they had it coming."

Yeah, my brother crashed in his mates car a few months ago, someone who ran a Red Light drove right into the left side of the car and knocked the cars door right off. My brothers lucky escaped with just a sore back. A lot of crashes aren't caused by Intention's, they're mostly caused by Stupidity of people who don't abide by the rules of the road. I have and most of the World's population have seen numerous commercials on TV about road safety, crashes, breaking the rules of the road, etc. And yet there are still thousands of crashes happening. Its disappointing that there will always be 1 jerk, that will cause someone to die on the road. Its ridiculous. This add may be similar to some of you's or new, regardless this is the add that used to regularly get displayed among most of our TV channels (here in Australia);

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQn9o-H-J8w

Its a pretty full on add, but its perfect to get the message out there. I just hope everyone on this forum understand the road rules, and know how to drive properly.

Yes it is sad, that guy had to be on some drugs and ****. Crazy how many kids have their lives taken away cause they are high on something and drive wildly. I've meet a kid once who seemed like an alright kid, but died a few days later cause he crashed his car while on Roxys. Kid was young prob 18-19yrs old.

Im not sure, I still don't fully understand the add, but I understand the message they are trying to get out. And you kinda need to listen to the song to understand it partly too. Im not sure if its on the add but im pretty sure it says ''Slow Down Stupid'' in some part of the video.

Wow that video of the car hitting the bridge is crazy! I laughed pretty hard at the "every discount is a killer"...

There was a 20 year old about 2 1/2 months ago who at like 4am decided to drive his crotch rocket 120+ down the e-way. Michigan is a no pursuit state. The State police who he passed couldn't catch him anyways. But they called up to towns ahead to see if they could stop him. Well one of my town's police officers heard the call and decided to go for it. He managed to get on the e-way before the bike blew passed it, but they driver made a deadly mistake and ended up dying. There was a big huge investigation and the cop had to go on leave pending. I don't know exactly what happened (if he got his job back or not) but it is stupid to be going that fast in a car let alone a bike where you are not even wearing a seat belt. Basically if something happens you know you're going to die.

I never wear a seatbelt, and I go fast alot.. I am not one to agree on the matter..

My friend (Nick) should've got up and beat him because the dude who ran over him did it on purpose. Nick didn't hit him though, because he was a retired old guy, and he felt like his leg was broken and he couldn't move at the time.

Good luck with that, because it will catch up to you one day... o-o

My mom used to never wear a seatbelt and we'd always yell at her, and she ended up smashing her face into the windshield one day as a passenger when some crazy car came out in front of us.

She started wearing her seatbelt and ended up getting in an accident years later where she broke her neck. If she hadn't been wearing it, she'd probably be dead o_O

Maybe one day when I am older..
Until then, if someone pulls out in front of me, that means lean back, and speed up, 'cuz this is my lane. >:3

BUMP!, We could of, we should of. But we weren't to worried about doing so at the time, we kinda just stuck to the assumption that he was either tired and/or really drunk when he was driving. Regardless, we still took down his number plate digits for future reference.

*Shudders* Bleah I -hate- those car crash videos... or any video where anyone gets hurt. I used to love crap like that but the older I get the more squeamish I am lol :P Anyhoo! That story is terrifying... I can never imagine seeing someone get hit by a car, especially a friend :X Id freakkkkk out hah Glad he was okay in the end though.... I actually got into a car accident this past week. Was on vacation for a week with my bff visiting her family.... on the way back to our beach house from her gmas house we got rear-ended by some dumb chick that was too interested by the car being towed on the other side of the road to notice traffic had stopped and hit us from behind full force. Worst part is there were -SIX- cop cars surrounding the tow truck (I thought West Palm Beach FL cops had more important things to do but apparently it was a slow week on COPS) which was pretty ridiculous- but when we got hit we pulled over and NONE of them came to see if we were ok... we actually had to go over and get one of the cops to write up a report... then the cop found out that A: we were out-of-staters and B: the person that hit us was a young chick, and started being rude to us like the accident was our fault (like, asking us 'Why we stopped??' Oh, I dunno- maybe it was because the people in front of us did?? jacka$$ >:O ). On top of being rude to us- the chick driving didnt have car insurance.... I guess the cop thought maybe by being nice to this chick he could get some or something because he decided he wasnt going to write us a police report because there was no "major" damage which I took as: if he writes us a report he has to state the chick didnt have insurance and he wants to let her off scott free for -some- reason. Whole thing was just ridiculous.... Guess this is one of those times where it pays to have tits -__-

I saw someone get run over right outside my college. The guy driving (from college) saw 3 other guys crossing and sped up to try and spook them....2 got out of the way but he hit the third. Luckily he wasnt hurt but the driver got out and told the victim he had to pay for the dent in his hood. This just confirmed everyones suspicions that the driver was a total douche.
