Heavy Rain?

I'm not sure where to put this thread, but yeah I kinda think this game is a 'Strategy' type... I'm currently looking into getting a new (somewhat new) game for my ps3... or 360, whatever....

is this game any good? heavy rain... I played a demo of it back when it released and I kinda like it, but its like detective style ya know??? I like Strategy games cause its just a major time killer yeah?

besides this game, what other good strategy games are there? (and no, I got nearly most of the Final Fantasies, & flipped (finished) them. I'm "final fantasy-ed" out! HAHA.

so yes, your recommendations please, no flaming, no bad comments, I'm just asking an innocent question. thanks in advance! help a fellow gamer out.

Fallout, specificly New Vegas. I wouldn't say it is what the common strategy gamers would suggest, but you need to eat, and drink water, and sleep ALL the time, and combat is a realy strategy, like example.
1 super mutant, and 3 raiders.
You have 1 grenade and 10 shots for your .44.
You can kill all the raiders with the grenade, but you will have no chance of getting the super mutant, but on the other hand, you can kill the super mutant, and only be able to kill two raiders.

id say its strategy to like how you get weapons into casinos well thats kinda easy but still.

Heavy Rain is my 3rd favorite game of all time. It doesn't really have a category, it's kind of its own game, which is why I love it. Definitely worth the buy, I've played through it 3 times so far.
Best PS3 exclusive game so far

Personally I never played Heavy Rain, but only because I don't own a PS3 :( If I had one, I wouldve bought this game without a doubt! So yeah based on all the reviews and gameplay footage I've seen; Get it.

Heavy Rain is great. It's more like an interactive movie though, cause even if you mess up, you still play through the game, it's just that there's so many different outcomes. It's an amazing game with a great story.

I don't know if it's just me, but I found Dead Rising really boring... Sure the Zombie slaughtering is awesome, but I borrowed it from my friend and got bored after 2 days :s and the loading are just weifhiwrhfvirhi >: (

I must say, the game play of this game was not my favorite. However, the story line was amazing and you can see that a lot of thought went into it. I would give this game a must play and 8/10.

You go to an appropriate thread section, and click ''New Thread'' which is located at the top of the section, but make sure you post new threads in the right thread category. Take this thread for example, its a strategy game so its in the Games>Strategy section.
